This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and citinow. It covers all aspects of platform use, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, betting, bonuses, data protection, and the responsibilities of both parties. 1Definitions and Interpretation

- "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account on CitiNow.
- "Funds" refers to funds deposited into your CitiNow account or winnings credited to your account.
- "Wagering" refers to any bet placed by a member on a market or game available on the platform.
- "Bonus" refers to any free credits, cashback, or other promotions offered by CitiNow to its members.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process that members must complete before their first withdrawal.
- "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring funds from a CitiNow account to a member's personal bank account or e-wallet.
2Registration Eligibility
To register and use the CitiNow platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. CitiNow strictly prohibits the use of the platform by underage individuals. CitiNow reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close the account of any member found not to meet this minimum age requirement.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on citinow. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.
All information provided during registration and KYC verification must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You confirm that you do not have a recognised gambling problem and that you are playing of your own free will. If you have a history of gambling addiction, we encourage you to contact a relevant support organisation before using this platform.
3User Account
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. CitiNow will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. We recommend enabling the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature available in your account settings.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact the CitiNow support team immediately via live chat so prompt action can be taken to protect your funds.
CitiNow uses an integrated KYC process to verify the identity of all members. Required documents include a national identity card (MyKad), proof of current address, and bank account information. The KYC process must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a safeguard for you and the entire CitiNow community.
Accounts showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. CitiNow reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of RM5 on inactive accounts after notifying the member via their registered email.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
CitiNow supports multiple deposit methods including FPX, local e-wallets, and other digital payment methods shown in the platform's deposit section. All deposits are processed in real time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as specified in the platform and may vary by payment method.
Withdrawal requests are processed in under five minutes for popular payment methods. Withdrawals may only be made to an account held in the same name as the citinow account. citinow does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed.
Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits are set according to the member's account tier. Current limits are displayed in the Withdrawal section of the platform. citinow reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering measures.
CitiNow does not charge processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own fees. It is the member's responsibility to understand and comply with any tax obligations that may arise from betting winnings under Malaysian law.
5Betting and Games
All bets are subject to acceptance by citinow. citinow reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet for reasonable grounds, including but not limited to: odds displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, bets suspected of involving result manipulation, or bets that exceed set limits.
In the event of a technical error causing odds or game information to be displayed incorrectly, citinow reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stakes to the member's account. citinow's decision in such matters is final.
For sports betting, CitiNow relies on trusted sports data sources to verify results. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, CitiNow will investigate and issue a final decision based on the official records of the relevant sports governing body. The typical investigation period is between 24 and 72 working hours.
CitiNow allows accumulator and system bets. However, if one of the selections within an accumulator is voided due to a technical error or event cancellation, the accumulator will be adjusted at the odds corresponding to the remaining valid selections.
6Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by citinow are subject to the specific conditions stated in their respective promotion terms. The rollover/wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand these conditions before accepting any bonus.
Each promotion may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the same bonus more than once through multiple accounts or other dishonest means will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account closure.
Bonus credits cannot be transferred between accounts. Bonuses credited to your account are for your use only and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged directly for cash. Only the real-money portion of your account balance may be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
7Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CitiNow platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to register
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games
- Using bots, automation tools, or any third-party software to place bets automatically
- Exploiting software errors or technical bugs to gain unauthorised advantages
- Attempting to launder money through deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform
- Providing misleading or false information to the citinow support team
- Any form of payment fraud, including unauthorised credit card chargebacks
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage citinow's systems and infrastructure
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your true location in order to bypass regional restrictions
CitiNow employs a sophisticated fraud detection system and works with payment providers and relevant authorities to detect and prevent illegal activity on the platform.
8Account Suspension and Closure
CitiNow reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or for reasonable operational reasons. In cases of serious violations, CitiNow reserves the right to forfeit the funds held in the affected account.
You may close your account at any time by contacting the CitiNow support team. Prior to closure, you must settle all active wagers and withdraw all eligible funds in your account. Any bonus credits that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
CitiNow offers a self-exclusion option for members who wish to take a break from betting. You can activate this feature directly in your account settings for your chosen duration. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or place any wagers.
9Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, citinow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including:
- Financial losses resulting from unfavourable betting outcomes
- Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance
- Losses resulting from internet connection failures on the user's end
- Errors made by the user when placing a bet
- Inability to access an account due to forgotten passwords or security issues arising from user negligence
CitiNow will take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times; however, we cannot guarantee perfect uptime due to technical factors that may occasionally be beyond our control.
10Terms Amendment and Applicable Law
CitiNow reserves the right to amend, add to, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments take effect upon being published on this website. Members will be notified via their registered email at least three days before any material changes come into effect. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the citinow platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.
